1. When planning to teach
distance courses, faculty and/or deans must decide what delivery methods will
be allowed for a particular course. Options can include any or all of the

determined, sections must be created in Colleague by departmental
administrative assistants and the course listings must be sent to Media
Services to be scheduled. There must be one section that is for the
face-to-face campus students. Protocol for this section has not changed.

3. Media Services will forward students to
enrollment Services for undergraduate students and to the Graduate office for
graduate students to handle admission to the school and registration in the
class.
4. Prior to the first day
of class, Media Services will run reports to keep track of registrations in
specific sections.
5. Media Services/Help
Desk will contact registered students, providing them account information as
well as course access information.
